Zyviolabs ("we", "us") operates the website zyviolabs.com and publishes the Android application Unda. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Who we are

The website (zyviolabs.com)
This site is a static informational page. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the website. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability; these are not used to profile you.
The Unda app
Unda is an IPTV player: it plays media from playlists and provider accounts you supply. We do not provide, host, or control any TV content.
Data you provide / that stays on your device. Playlist URLs, provider credentials (Xtream/M3U/Stalker), and your channel/favourites setup are stored locally on your device. If you enable account sync, this data is synchronised to your account so you can restore it across devices.
Account & sync (only if you create an account). We use Supabase (auth + database) to store your account email and your synced profile/playlist settings. Purpose: let you sign in and restore your setup.
Purchases. In-app purchases and the Pro/subscription status are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive the purchase state (e.g. "Pro: active"), not your card details.
Advertising (only if ads are enabled in a given build). If a build shows ads, they are served by Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers per Google’s policies. Where required, we ask for your consent first.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not track your viewing across third-party sites.
Third parties
Depending on features you use: Google (Play Billing, and AdMob if enabled), Supabase (auth/database hosting). Each processes data under its own terms.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing hello@zyviolabs.com. Deleting your account removes your synced data from our systems.
Children
Unda is not directed at children under 13.
