These terms govern your use of the zyviolabs.com website and the Unda application, published by Zyviolabs ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. What Unda is
Unda is a media player. It plays content from playlists and provider accounts that you supply. We do not provide, host, sell, or control any TV channels, streams, or other content, and we are not affiliated with any content provider.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the legality of the playlists, streams, and accounts you load and for having the rights to access that content in your jurisdiction.
- You must not use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Purchases
Paid features and subscriptions are sold through Google Play and governed by Google’s terms in addition to these. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies.
5. Intellectual property
The Unda app, the Zyviolabs name, logos, and the website design are our property. Content played through the app belongs to its respective owners.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The website and app are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for the availability, legality, or quality of third-party content you access through the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
